Wondering about postage costs and delivery times?
In the UK, our flat fee for postage is just £2.95, unless your order exceeds £25, in which case our standard service is entirely FREE!
All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched on the same day and typically arrive within 1-2 working days, brought to your doorstep by your local Royal Mail postman.
For our international customers, we offer a reliable International Priority Service for a flat fee of £6.95. Expect your parcel to reach you between 5-7 working days after dispatch.
Need a faster option? We've got you covered with our fully tracked UK service, guaranteed to arrive the next day, all for a flat fee of £6.95. Perfect for those special gifts when you want to ensure they reach their destination promptly.
Concerned about when your item will arrive?
Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day. Those placed after 3pm? No worries, they'll be on their way the next working day. Please note that orders dispatched on Fridays after 3pm will head your way on Monday.
Delivery times within the UK typically range from 1-2 working days, thanks to our use of Royal Mail's reliable parcel service.
For international orders, expect your delivery in approximately 5-7 days after dispatch. While we strive for efficiency, factors beyond our control occasionally arise, so we suggest allowing a maximum of 20 working days for your order to reach you.
Important note for EU countries: Your relevant country VAT is taken care of at checkout, streamlining the customs process and ensuring smooth delivery.

Returns
We're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our service. Each time you visit our site, our goal is to provide an experience that keeps you coming back. If, for any reason, you've had a change of heart or no longer want your order, you can return the goods within 30 days of receipt to:

Include essential details such as your order number, reason for return, and whether you'd prefer a refund or exchange. Once we receive the returned product, we'll promptly issue a refund for the product costs.
For faulty, defective, or incorrectly delivered goods, please use our contact form to report the issue. Our team will provide instructions on the next steps. If advised to return a faulty or defective product to us and upon receipt at CA Fossils and Crystals, we will fully refund the product costs, including original and return postage costs where applicable.
Note that in these instances, return costs are refunded up to a standard Royal Mail first-class rate, provided the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations, or reasonable wear and tear.
Regardless of the situation, please return products with appropriate packaging (preferably the original, undamaged packaging) along with the delivery note, indicating the reason for the return. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your peace of mind.
