'Pink' Megalodon Tooth

'Pink' Megalodon tooth from South Carolina.
When held against other Megalodon tooth from this area, it is slightly pink in colour. This is due to the minerals present during the fossilization process.
A blue colour can also be found but I am yet to stumble upon one.
 
9 - 20 million years old.
It has been estimated that Megalodon could have reached up to 80ft long, although it is suggested an average of between 60-66ft is more likely with jaws potentially spanning 2.7 x 3.4 meters!
